By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Android and iOS devices you own or control, subject to Google Play, App Store, and these terms.

2. Permitted Use

• Translate text, images, and speech
• Use local AI chat and content analysis
• Store history and conversation sessions locally
• Use the app for personal, educational, or professional purposes

3. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract models and protected assets
• Bypass payment, licensing, or access-control mechanisms
• Resell, sublicense, or unlawfully redistribute the app
• Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Android purchases are managed by Google Play. iOS purchases are managed by App Store / StoreKit. Subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, and purchase restore are handled through the relevant platform store.

5. AI Output

Translations and AI responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on output as the sole source for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

6. Requirements

Android requires Android 12+ and enough RAM/storage for local models. iOS requires iOS 18+ on iPhone or iPad. Model size and performance depend on the selected model and device.
