Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the AI Translator mobile application ("the App") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Translator, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the App
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the App or AI models
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark)
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Extract or attempt to extract AI models from the App for use outside the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Translator and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4.1 AI Models

The AI models available through the App are subject to their respective licenses. Most models are provided under open-source licenses. Please refer to the model information within the App for specific licensing terms.

5. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you input into the App, including text, images, and audio. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal or harmful material

Since all processing happens on-device, we do not monitor or review your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND AI MODELS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

7. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated translations, transcriptions, and other content may contain errors
• You should verify important information independently
• AI models may produce unpredictable or inappropriate outputs
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Device Compatibility and Performance

AI models require significant device resources. Performance and availability of features may vary based on your device specifications. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
